The El Reno Board of Education is composed of five members. The descriptions of the wards are as follows: 

Ward 1: 
Bounded on the: 
• North by Four Mile Creek and the Union Pacific RR Line and Sunset Drive 
• East by Highway 81 
• South by Elm Street
•West by Country Club Road

Ward 2: 
Bounded on the:
• North by Elm Street 
• East by Highway 81 
• South by 27th Street 
• West by Country Club Road 

Ward 3: 
Bounded on the: 
• North by Foreman Street from Highway 81 to Donald Street then, following Donald Street, south to Rogers Street then east to Shepard Street. East by Shepard Street South by Elm Street 
• West by Hwy 81 

Ward 4: 
All areas north of Hwy 66, Melone Dr., Babcock Dr., and Parkview Dr., Four Mile Creek, and Sunset Between the Union Pacific RR Line and Hwy 81. This extends west to Ft. Reno Road up to the Union Pacific RR Line and Darlington Road. All Areas East of Shepard including the area south of Elm Street and East of Rock Island. 

Ward 5: 
All of the areas not included in another ward including all areas south of Interstate 40
